  • ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

    Audriana has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through YogaRenew and an additional 20 hours of foundational training in trauma sensitive yoga from the Trauma Center-Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Audriana is also the team physiotherapist at Rehab and Performance.
